 I stand by my work and its quality and also truly value your satisfaction. However, mistakes do happen and I am more than happy to offer a repair/ replacement for you.

My 60 day warranty covers the cost entirely and beyond that I do my best to offer repairs at a very reasonable cost. I will email you a quote along with further details on where/ how to ship your item back to me once I review your request submitted below. Chain repairs are $8. Chain replacements are $18-$26 depending on length, plus $5 shipping. I will respond with a quote if the request is for something else.

Once I receive your item for repair, I will send you an invoice to your email and will ship it back to you as soon as it is paid!
